Caroline Chapman heads up our experienced Property Management team. Caroline is very knowledgeable on leasehold matters and is proactive in property maintenance.



Our basic core services include:

  • Delivering responsive communications to lessees, via multiple communication channels
  • Writing and issuing general day to day letters involving: commonway obstructions, overflows, fire alarm service visits, parking issues etc
  • Efficient responses to reactive maintenance issues, via instructions to our approved local contractors
  • To maintain control of maintenance costs whilst achieving value for money at all times
  • Health and Safety Compliance, Arranging of Risk Assessments, Electrical Reports, and Asbestos Surveys as required and planning of required remedial/upgrade works
  • Placing structured and regular maintenance service contracts
  • Arranging preventative works and contracts
  • Regular site inspections with reporting, based on a programme of periodic visits
  • Investigate and resolve any issues of dampness or water ingress, structural movement, or any matters of a technical nature
  • Out of Hours Emergency Cover
  • To provide half yearly client property management reporting
