As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Mike Percival is a  Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with the MRICS designation. With this recognition, we are proud to provide the following range of services to our managed residential blocks:

 

  • Defect Investigation
  • We carry out inspections of interior and exterior defects to properties and provide reports with clear advice including recommended repairs.
  • Contract Administration
  • We provide design, drawing and specification writing for projects of repair and restoration. This includes managing the tendering process and administering the construction phase to Practical Completion.
  • Party Wall Matters
  • We act as party wall surveyors for Building Owners and Adjoining Owners to ensure that appropriate action is taken and documentation prepared to ensure statutory compliance. This reduces the chance of disputes or disturbance when the works are in progress.
  • Re-instatement Cost Assessments
  • Many properties are not insured at an appropriate level. We utilise the latest industry cost data to estimate re-building costs and associated professional fees, enabling us to calculate a suitable Re-instatement Cost for insurance purposes.
  • Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP)
  • We can provide Planned Maintenance Programmes to allow clients to plan for work to their properties in the most cost-effective manner. Urgent works can then be prioritised and leaseholders are able to plan for future cost liabilities.
